Official Rules for the Evergrow Marketing Gift Card Giveaway
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. SPONSOR: The Industry Survey Gift Card Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Evergrow Marketing, located at 800 4th Ave, #1012, Grinnell, IA 50112 (the “Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on [Start Date, e.g., October 6, 2025] at [Start Time, e.g., 9:00 AM CST] and ends on November 27, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.

4. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) methods of entry:
- Initial Entry: To receive one (1) entry, visit https://woorise.com/evergrowmarketing/social-actions-giveaway and complete the official survey form with all required information, including your name and a valid email address.
- Bonus Entries: After completing the survey, you may earn up to three (3) additional entries by performing the following actions, as presented on the post-survey confirmation page:
- Follow the official Evergrow Marketing Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/EvergrowMarketing for one (1) additional entry.
- Subscribe to the official Evergrow Marketing YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/@evergrowmarketing2067 for one (1) additional entry.
- Follow the official Evergrow Marketing Instagram page at https://www.instagram.com/evergrowmarketing/ for one (1) additional entry.
An individual may earn a maximum of four (4) entries in total.
IMPORTANT: The use of any automated systems, multiple email addresses, or any other method to submit more than the stated number of entries per person is strictly prohibited. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, registrations, or any other methods will void all of that entrant’s entries, and that entrant will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.
5. PRIZES: A total of three (3) prizes will be awarded to three (3) separate winners.
- Grand Prize (1): One (1) winner will receive one (1) $500 Amazon.com Gift Card.
- Second Prize (1): One (1) winner will receive one (1) $200 Amazon.com Gift Card.
- Third Prize (1): One (1) winner will receive one (1) $50 Amazon.com Gift Card.
- Fourth Prize (1): One (1) winner will receive one (1) $50 Amazon.com Gift Card.
The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes is $800.00. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash substitution is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.
Amazon.com is not a sponsor of this promotion. Amazon.com Gift Cards (“GCs”) may be used only for the purchase of eligible goods on Amazon.com or certain of its affiliated websites. GCs cannot be redeemed for the purchase of GCs. Except as required by law, GCs cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash, or applied to any other account. 6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: On or about November 28, 2025, four (4) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winners will be notified via the email address provided in the survey within two (2) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner forfeits the prize. In the event of forfeiture, an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
Minimum Participation Requirement: This Sweepstakes is contingent upon receiving a minimum of five hundred (500) eligible participants by the end of the initial Sweepstakes Period. In the event this minimum is not met by November 27, 2025, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the Sweepstakes Period by one (1) month. The new end date would become December 27, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST, and the random drawing would be held on or about December 29, 2025. Any such extension will be announced on the Evergrow Marketing Facebook page located at https://www.facebook.com/EvergrowMarketing.
8. PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, and/or city and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
9. PRIVACY: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy, which can be found at https://evergrowmarketing.com/privacy-policy/.
10. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram), Google LLC (YouTube), Amazon.com, Inc., and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, and employees from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc., Google LLC, or Amazon.com, Inc.
